Providence Foundation Funds
When making a donation to Providence, your money can support a variety of causes for Providence Healthcare Network and the patients that are being served everyday. Donations help Providence to fulfill it's mission of serving all persons within Waco and the Central Texas community, with special attention on the poor and vulnerable. Below are a list of Providence Foundation funds:
The 1905 Fund The 1905 Fund helps fund Providence's greatest needs, such as providing advanced healthcare services, state-of-the-art medical equipment, and innovative technology at Providence. The 1905 Fund will ensure that the Daughters of Charity's lasting legacy of providing high-quality, compassionate care for all Central Texans.
This fund helps Providence to serve patients even after they leave the hospital. When patients cannot pay for needed medicine or other needs once they leave the hospital, this fund helps to cover some of these costs in order to ensure the patient does not end up right back into the hospital.
Long-Term Care Endowment Fund
This fund is to serve the needs of the residents at Providence Park.
Medical Mission at Home Fund
This fund is to help cover the costs of a free day of medial care to Waco residents. Examples of services that are provided free of charge include vision exams, dental exams, ........
Pink Partner Fund
This fund is to help pay for mammograms for women within Central Texas who are under or uninsured.
This fund helps to pay for nurses in the Emergency department of Providence to continue their education.
Women & Newborns Fund
This fund supports the needs of the Bill & Patricia Watson Women & Newborns Center.

The Pink Partner Fund was started
in 2013 to pay for mamograms for
under or uninsured women. Since
the foundation, 13 women have
been diagnosed with breast cancer
and all are alive and well today
thanks to early detection through
the Pink Partner Fund.
