Providence Rehabilitative Services is hosting Fun Summer Therapy Clinics. There are a wide variety of clinics being offered- from "Fun Foods!" to "The Art of Friendship!" there is something for every child! For more information, click here.

The Department of Rehabilitative Services at Providence Healthcare Network provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech/language pathology services in a variety of settings, to include acute care, outpatient, and sub-acute/long-term care. Our therapists provide comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and education for patients ranging in age from infant to geriatric. A physician referral is required.

Locations:


Outpatient Rehab Services including the Lymphedema Clinic, the Urinary Incontinence Program and Pediatrics are located in the Pavilion. The sub-acute services are provided at Saint Catherine's on the Providence Park campus.

Specialized Physical Therapy Services include:

  • Aquatic therapy in an indoor, heated pool
  • Manual therapies provided by therapists with advanced certifications
  • Joint Camp
  • Sports Medicine with Isokinetic testing via the Biodex S4 Pro System
  • Lymphedema Management Program- has received five grants in the last six years from the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation.
  • Women's Health Urinary Incontinence Program- includes computerized biofeedback and neuromuscular electrical stimulation training. Provided in a secluded, private treatment area.
  • LiteGait for partial weight-bearing gait and balance trainingVestibular Rehabilitation with falls assessment and treatment program
  • Osteoporosis Program
  • Stroke Rehabilitation

Specialized Occupational Therapy Services include:

  • Hand Therapy with custom splinting
  • Aquatic therapy in an indoor, heated pool

Specialized Speech/Language Services include:

  • DYSPHAGIA evaluation and treatment
  • Modified Barium Swallow Studies, Fiber-optic Endoscopic Evaluation of Speech (FEES), Vital Stim and DPNS

  • Communication retraining for aphasia, dysarthria, and dysphonia
