James M. Earhart, MD  

Dr. Earhart was raised in Laredo, Texas and after completing medical school Dr. Earhart completed his residency at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas.  He and his wife moved to Hillsboro and Dr. Earhart joined Family Diagnostic Medical Center as a staff physician in 1991.  He enjoys competitive long distance running, exercising, gardening, reading, movies and church activities where he is a regular behind the piano on Sunday mornings.  Any chance to spend time with his wife, children and his new grandchild bring him the most enjoyment. He is board certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association, American Medical Association, and a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society

Christopher Teague, MD

Dr. Teague was raised in Houston, Texas and earned his B.S. in Biology from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.  He then moved to San Antonio to complete medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center followed by his residency at the Waco Family Medicine residency program. He and his wife moved to Hillsboro in 2000 and Dr. Teague became a member of the medical staff of Family Diagnostic Medical Center. Dr. Teague is board certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.

Jason Bauerschlag, MD

Dr. Bauerschlag was raised in Texas and earned his bachelor's at Texas A&M University.  This was followed by his medical degree from Texas A&M as well.  He then completed the Waco Family Medicine residency program prior to moving to Hillsboro in 2001.  Since that time he has served on the medical staff of Family Diagnostic Medical Center.  He and his wife Janua and their two children, Seth and Olivia, enjoy numerous sporting events together. Dr. Bauerschlag is board certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.  He is also a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

Wesley C. Marshall, MD

Dr. Marshall was raised in Gilmer, Texas and earned his bachelor's degree at Texas A&M University.  His medical degree and MBA were earned at Texas Tech University followed by a residency at Waco Family Medicine residency program. He and his wife moved to Hillsboro in 2007 where he joined the medical staff of Family Diagnostic Medical Center, and where they are raising their four children.  Dr. Marshall stays active with his children and their sports activities as well as multiple activities through his church. Dr. Marshall is board certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.

Jeremiah B. Seely, MD

Dr. Seely was raised in Blooming Grove, Texas and earned his bachelor's degree at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas.  His medical degree was earned at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, followed by a residency at the Waco Family Medicine residency program.  In 2009, Dr. Seely moved to Hillsboro with his wife and two children as he joined the staff of Family Diagnostic Medical Center.  Dr. Seely enjoys spending time with his wife and children and stays active with his children's multiple sports activities, wilderness activities, water and snow skiing and golfing when he gets the chance. Dr. Seely is board certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.

Kimberly Thornhill, FNP

Kimberly Thornhill was raised in Bastrop, Texas and earned her Masters degree in nursing from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas prior to receiving her post-masters training from Baylor for her Nurse Practitioner certification.  She and her husband, Cooper, moved to the Hillsboro area in 2011 when she joined the staff of Family Diagnostic Medical Center.  NP Thornhill enjoys reading, cooking and being outdoors as much as possible. FNP Thornhill is a member of the Texas Nurse Practitioners Association as well as the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Sarah Urban, FNP 

Sarah Urban grew up in West, Texas.  She graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She gained her nursing experience in a Renal/Medical-Surgical unit and in the Emergency Department.  She joined FDMC in 2014.  She currently resides in West with her husband, James.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the lake and cooking. FNP Urban is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Rebeka Calhoun, FNP

Rebeka Calhoun grew up in Hillsboro,Texas and began her career in 1998 where she earned her Licensed Vocational Nurse at Hill Junior College in Hillsboro,Texas. In 2002, she then went on to earn her Associate of Science in Nursing at McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas. She progressed in receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007 from the University of Phoenix in Arizona and then she received her Masters of Science degree as a certified Nurse Practitioner from the Texas Woman's University in Dallas, Texas. She specialized in trauma and emergency services and joined the Emergency Nurses Association working in Level 1 and 2 trauma centers in Waco, Arizona, Florida and California. During that time, she received Traveler of the Year in 2009 from Healthcare Traveler magazine. Furthering her education, she received her Masters of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Woman's University in Dallas, Texas. FNP Calhoun joined FDMC in April 2015. She currently resides in Hillsboro with her husband, son and stepson. She enjoys spending time with her family and singing and is currently a Board Member of the Hillsboro Boys and Girls Club.

Marisa Gingerich, FNP

Marisa Gingerich grew up in Waco, TX. She graduated from homeschool in 2001 and attended MCC (McLennan Community College) in 2004 and Tarleton State University in 2005. After teaching school for a couple of years, she spent some time overseas in Switzerland and Uganda. She returned to MCC to complete her RN in 2013 and completed her FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) graduate degree from Vanderbilt in 2016. She loves playing intramural sports, riding her bike, reading, and watching movies. She has a passion for volunteer work as well as she is actively involved in her church and with various local non-profit organizations such as Wings for Christ, UnBound, and the free clinic. Her family is very important to her and she loves spending time with her two nieces and nephew. She is very glad to be a part of the healthcare community and looks forward to serving the Hillsboro community.
