The Nurse Navigator follows all of the Cardiovascular and Thoracic patients of Dr. Jeffrey Young, Dr. Michael McBride and Dr. Richard Helmer from admission to discharge. She assists the patient and family with education regarding their surgery and is here to make sure you have a positive experience during this complex time.
